Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Delivery Phases
Processing Time: This phase includes order verification, assembly, and other pre-shipment procedures. The duration may vary depending on your location and our operational efficiency.
Shipping Time: Begins after the processing phase and is determined by the chosen shipping method and your destination.
Note that our order cutoff time is based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.
During peak seasons and promotional events, delivery times may be extended.
We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The overall delivery time is a combination of both processing and shipping durations.

Tracking Your Package
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check the tracking status directly on our website. Some carriers take 5-7 business days to update tracking information. If there are no updates after 10 business days, contact [email protected].
Shipping Delays
If your order is not delivered within 45 calendar days, please contact us at [email protected], and we will issue a full refund. For unexpected delays, reach out to us so we can assist. We aim to respond within 12 hours.
Undelivered Packages
If tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate the package, first check the delivery location thoroughly. Then, contact the shipping carrier regarding the issue. If the problem persists, email [email protected].
Incorrect Addresses
We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout and notify [email protected] immediately if there are any errors.
Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Nordgears is not liable for customs fees if: 1) The package is rejected by the recipient, 2) Delivery fails after multiple attempts. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion without guaranteeing a refund.
