Order Changes & Exchanges
Please review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase, including size, design, quantity, etc. Due to our commitment to fast processing, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections such as item type, size, design, or address.
If you notice an error, you have a 6-hour window from the time of order placement to cancel and place a new order. For any questions before placing your order, feel free to contact us. Your complete satisfaction with your purchase is our priority.
Canceling Orders
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. If the cancellation request is made outside this period, your order may already be in processing or shipping.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. After this period, the order will be deemed accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
Eligible Conditions for Returns
- Item arrived damaged or broken
- Received design does not match the order
- Size or material is incorrect
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product description does not match received item
Condition of Returned Items
- Must be in original condition and packaging
- Cannot have been worn, washed, or altered
- Defects must be due to our error
- Original tags must be intact
- Minor issues like stray threads are not eligible

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be deducted from the refund amount.

- Once your returned item is received, allow up to 2 business days for refund processing.
- You will be notified by email when the package is received, and a full refund, including original shipping fees, will be issued promptly.
